Q&A for webinars and hybrid events

Queza gives webinars and hybrid events a single Q&A link that works next to any video or streaming tool. Online viewers open the link and in-room attendees scan the QR code, so everyone asks and upvotes in the same moderated queue - anonymously, with no app or account. The host answers the most-wanted questions one at a time.

Why it’s hard today

Chat buries the questions

In a busy webinar chat, questions scroll away. A dedicated Q&A keeps them in one list, ranked by votes.

Hybrid audiences get split

With one link for everyone, online and in-room participants ask in the same place and see the same answers.

Hosts can't read everything live

A moderator approves and orders questions so the host only deals with the next one.

How to run it with Queza

  1. 1

    Create the event

Set the webinar's title and time; copy the join link.

  2. 2

    Share the link

Paste it into your webinar chat, invite email or slides. For hybrid events, also project the QR code in the room.

  3. 3

    Moderate the queue

Approve, pin and order questions while the session runs. Participants' feeds update every few seconds.

  4. 4

    Follow up

After the session, the report shows participation and the top questions by votes - download it as CSV to share with the team.

Questions about webinars & hybrid events

Does Queza integrate with Zoom, Teams or YouTube?

Queza doesn't need an integration: it's a link that participants open in their browser, so you can share it in any webinar or streaming tool's chat or description.

Can in-room and online participants use the same Q&A?

Yes. Everyone uses the same event link - in-room attendees can scan the QR code on the join screen - so all questions and votes land in one queue.

What do I get after the webinar?

An event report with visitors, questions, votes, the top questions by votes and activity over time. You can print it or download it as a CSV file.
