Questions people ask
What counts as an event?
Each event you create in a month counts once, however long it runs and however many people join.
Do participants need an account?
No. They scan the QR code or open the link and ask straight away, anonymously by default.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from a workspace's billing page whenever you like - you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it stops renewing.
Is there a participant limit?
Paid plans have no limit on how many people can join a single event - plans are limited by how many events you create per month, not by room size. The one-time free trial is capped at 100 participants.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new account can create one workspace with one event, free, for up to 100 participants, with no card required. It's a one-time trial per account, not a recurring free plan.
What happens if I hit my event limit?
You won't be able to create new events until the limit resets next month, or you upgrade to a plan with more room.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments, processed securely by our payment providers.
