Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Queza (the "Service"), operated by Queza, a company registered in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By creating an account, creating a workspace, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Queza is a live audience question-and-answer platform. Organizers ("Admins") create events and invite participants to submit and vote on questions anonymously, without a participant account. Admins moderate submitted questions before they appear publicly.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information when creating an Admin account and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. A workspace may have multiple Admins with different roles (Owner, Member); Owners are responsible for the workspace's billing and membership.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Each workspace subscribes to a paid plan to create events beyond any free allowance. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval selected (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Current pricing is shown at queza.app/pricing.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which also acts as Merchant of Record and our online reseller for all orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to those orders and handles related returns. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to use the Service to collect personal data about participants beyond what the Service itself provides.

5. Content

You retain ownership of the questions, event content, and other material you or your event's participants submit ("Content"). You grant us a licence to host, display, and process Content solely to operate the Service. We may remove Content that violates these Terms.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time from a workspace's billing page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, we may delete workspace data after a reasonable retention period.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email to workspace Owners. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish courts.
