Cancellation
A workspace Owner can cancel a subscription at any time from the workspace's billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals - access continues until the end of the current billing period you've already paid for, then the workspace loses the ability to create new events until it resubscribes. No partial-period credit is given for cancelling mid-cycle.
Refunds
We offer refunds for a first-time subscription charge requested within 14 daysof that charge. Renewal charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we've made a billing error.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which also acts as Merchant of Record and our online reseller - it handles the refund process for those orders on our behalf. To request a refund, use our contact form with your workspace name and the email address on the account.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via the payment provider that processed the charge, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
