Anonymous Q&A for all-hands and town hall meetings
Queza lets employees ask questions at an all-hands or town hall anonymously from their phone - they scan a QR code on the screen, no app or account. Colleagues upvote what they most want answered, a moderator approves each question before anyone sees it, and leadership answers one question at a time from a clean speaker screen.

The real questions stay unasked
In a company-wide meeting, few people want to raise a sensitive topic with their name on it. Anonymous by default means the question the whole room is thinking actually gets asked.
The loudest question isn't the most wanted one
Upvotes show which questions most of the company cares about, so leadership spends the time on those instead of whoever spoke first.
Nothing should hit the screen unchecked
Every question lands in a pending queue first. A moderator approves or rejects it before it appears to anyone else.
How to run it with Queza
- 1
Create the event
Give it a title and a start and end time. You get a join link and a QR code straight away.
- 2
Put the join screen up
Project the join screen - a large QR code and link. Remote colleagues open the same link, so in-room and remote people ask in one place.
- 3
Moderate and line up questions
Approve, reject or pin questions, and drag the best ones into the Up next queue. Send one question at a time to the speaker screen.
- 4
Close the loop afterwards
The event closes itself at its end time. The report shows visitors, questions, votes and the top questions by votes, so you can follow up on what didn't get answered.
What you get
See all featuresAnonymous by default
Employees can add their name if they want to. Otherwise moderators and leadership never see who asked or who voted.
Your brand on every screen
Apply your colors and logo to the participant, join and speaker screens.
A report you can share
A printable post-event report - participation, the top questions by votes, activity over time - also downloadable as CSV.
Questions about all-hands & town halls
Can leadership see who asked a question at the all-hands?
No. Questions are anonymous by default and the moderation view never shows who asked or voted. An employee can choose to add their name to a question, and then that name is shown with it.
Can remote employees take part?
Yes. The join link works in any browser, so people in the room scan the QR code and remote colleagues open the same link - all questions and votes land in one queue.
What stops inappropriate questions from appearing?
Every question starts in a pending queue and is only shown to participants after a moderator approves it. Rejected questions stay hidden.
Can we use it for a recurring monthly all-hands?
Yes. Create a new event for each meeting; paid plans are priced by how many events you create per month, with no limit on participants.
Give every voice a way in.
Set up your first event in a few minutes and put the QR code on the screen.
